Board Members

The CEBG Board consists of highly qualified experts from member dioceses 

Board Members are appointed by bishops of Subscribing Employers. The Board provides leadership on benefit needs and enhancements, fiscal responsibility, and vendor selection and contracting.

The CEBG Board sets Overall Premiums based on negotiated administrative costs (including stop loss insurance) plus actuarially projected medical, pharmacy, and dental costs and life and AD&D insurance rates. 

• Each Diocese determines methodology for assessing premium and contribution rates to their locations/parishes/schools

• CEBG bills each location (300+) for their employees - collections are at 100%
